No, you do not.
All of Epromo’s clients are setup on a month-to-month
plan. This means that you may cancel your Website
& Management System with us at the end of any
given month, or upgrade to any of our other Web
packages by placing the value of your current package
towards another of its same kind. |

Does Epromo
sell Company Stores to End Users? |
|
Distributors
are a very integral part of Company Store Programs.
Without them Company Store Programs would not have
anyone to manage them, fulfill them, and most importantly,
there would not be anyone to produce the products
that are displayed for sale on the Company Store.
For this purpose, Epromo cannot sell Company Store
Programs to the End User, nor do we want to. Every
company in existence specializes in one thing or
another, and our specialty happens to be software.
We are not in the business of physically managing
Company Store Programs, nor are we in the business
of producing promotional products. Thus, you can
rest assured that Epromo will never sell Company
Store Programs to the End User. |

Will I be required
to warehouse inventory for my client’s Company Store? |
|
The answer to this question really depends on
what your client wants. However, there are really
only two ways to deal with the products of a Company
Store Program:
- Purchase Inventory Upfront and Warehouse
them.
- This option is preferred because orders can
be fulfilled much faster and customers are much
happier, however, it requires upfront money
and warehousing overhead.
- Batch and Produce Products every couple
of weeks.
- This option requires 4-6 weeks for fulfillment
of orders because you are producing them as
they are ordered. Customers who have placed
orders do not like the 4-6 week delay time,
but there is the benefit for you of no upfront
inventory costs or warehousing overhead.

Does Epromo’s
Company Stores have shopping cart and checkout capabilities? |
|
All of Epromo’s Company Store Packages come standard
with complete shopping cart and checkout capabilities.
The only additional thing you will need to accept
and process credit cards or EFTs in the checkout
process is a Merchant Account & Gateway. Many
of you may already have a Merchant Account and/or
Gateway. Our software is compatible with any type
of Merchant Account you may already have, however,
one of the four following gateways must be used
with our software: iTransact, Authorize.net, PsiGate,
ECHO. These Gateways are inexpensive to purchase
if you do not already have one – Only $95.
Keep in mind that accepting and processing credit
cards and/or EFTs in the checkout process is not
required with Epromo’s Company Stores. It is just
available as a convenience for those who would
like their Company Stores to be setup that way.

|
Epromo offers a very effective traffic
driving service for only $49.95 per year called
Traffic Blazer. Traffic Blazer will help you to

In addition to our Traffic Blazer service, we have
a list of 35+ techniques that you may also implement
on your own to market your Website and services. |

How do I get my domain
name to be linked to my new Website with Epromo? |
|
YYou will simply need to point the
current DNS Servers for your Website to Epromo’s
Servers. This is done by contacting the company
with whom you registered your domain name, and giving
them the primary and secondary DNS Server addresses
listed below. (If you registered your domain name
through us, then this should already have been taken
care of automatically.) Primary
Address: ns.rackspace.com
Secondary Address: ns2.rackspace.com
Once these numbers are in place, your Website will
be online in approximately 24-72 hours.

Will Epromo host my emails
too? |
|
Yes, we can host your emails as
well as your Website if you’d like us to. Up to
10 email accounts are included with our standard
packages. More email accounts can be added for a
minimal fee. Also, all of your email accounts with
Epromo can be setup on your personal computer and/or
accessed from any Internet connection, giving you
total mobility and access to your emails from anywhere
in the world!

Do I have to download any
software onto my personal computer? |
|
No you do not. All of Epromo’s software
and Customer Accounts reside on our incredibly secure
and well-maintained servers, making your data and
Websites safer than keeping them on any other computer
or location.

that it can be accessed and managed from anywhere
in the world, making your company completely mobile
when using our software systems.

What type of security

Epromo protects its customer’s data
and Websites through several different methods.
Our servers are firewalled, secured through Thawte
authentication, backed up twice daily, equipped
with redundancy and a load balancer, and they encode
all computer-to-server data transfers with 128-bit
encryption.

Of course you can. Our software
systems are all equipped with complete exporting
capabilities, so that you can always keep a copy
of your data for your own personal records at all

to a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet.
