How long does it take to setup an Epromo System?

The Management Portions of all of our Systems can be ready for use within 2 – 24 hours, however, depending on the Website Package you purchase with your Management System, your Website may take a little longer. If you choose the Builder Package for your Website, then 2 – 24 hours is still correct. If you choose the Custom Package for your Website, then it will be more like 2 – 3 weeks before your Website will be online.

Do I have to sign any long-term agreements?

No, you do not. All of Epromo’s clients are setup on a month-to-month plan. This means that you may cancel your Website & Management System with us at the end of any given month, or upgrade to any of our other Web packages by placing the value of your current package towards another of its same kind.

Do I have to download any software onto my personal computer?

No you do not. All of Epromo’s software and Customer Accounts reside on our incredibly secure and well-maintained servers, making your data and Websites safer than keeping them on any other computer or location.
