Over the years many Distributors have come to us and expressed an interest in having some kind of approval process for orders that are placed on their Company Store Websites. Yet again Epromo has listened to these requests and has just finished development on just such a feature.
Now all of our Company Store programs include an option for implementing an approval process on specified orders. The best part about this enhancement is that it is automated so that once the approval information has been entered into the Company Store, authorizing email notices are sent automatically to the appropriate person(s). At that point the order can be approved for processing or declined with a simple click of a button. After that button is clicked our Company Store software takes care of all the behind-the-scenes "stuff" so that you don't have to.

A couple of months ago Epromo decided it was time to make our Website more colorful and, most importantly, more User-Friendly. Our old Website was dark and gloomy, and the information on our site was so difficult to find and understand.
So, today we are proud to annouce the release of our NEW and IMPROVED Website! It is very colorful and pleasing to the eye, and, again, most importantly, it is VERY easy to read and navigate through. Over the years Epromo has managed a small database of products off and on that could hardly be considered a Product Database resource. The reason we did not make a product database a priority was mainly because we had bigger and better unique ideas that we wanted to pursue first.
Well, now that most of our ideas have developed into incredible products and services that benefit the promotional product industry in wonderfully new and innovative ways, we now agree that it is time to incorporate a Product Database solution into our existing products and services.
So, with this in mind we have officially now began development and management of an incredible database that will rival ASI's ESP. As this database becomes more complete and full of products, we will be sure to advertise it to the industry and keep you all updated. So, be sure to watch for those ads and updates.

For over 5 years now, Epromo has been building an opt-in email database of Promotional Product Distributors and Suppliers. All the while, we have been utilizing these opt-in lists to advertise and announce our products and services. Company Store programs have now taken the industry by storm and we are proud to say that we are at the forefront of this revolution.
As such we decided to help Distributors as much as possible by developing a Marketing Center that offered several resources and ideas geared towards helping them sell Company Stores.
Epromo's new and resourceful Marketing Center was released today and can now be found in the new Marketing Center area of our Company Store programs. Since Epromo's beginning, we have dreamed about the day when we would be able to offer a technology to Suppliers that was as extensive as the technology we were building for Distributors. Well, that day has finally come! Now, not only do we have an incredible technology for Suppliers and Distributors both, but we also are integrating these two technologies together to automate and streamline Suppliers and Distributors daily business with one another.

After having been on the same servers for over 4 years and having shared them with a few other sister companies, Epromo decided it was time to tranfer to their own, new servers. This month Epromo has finished migrating to their new and improved servers.

“Much of the server problems we we were dealing with were caused by the multiple companies that were sharing our servers with us. They would make programming modifications that would affect our server performance and vice versa. As the down-time and bugs became more and more frequent, we knew it was time to move to our own servers and designate them for Epromo's use only. Now, that's what we've done and it has been smooth sailing ever since”

Epromo learned a valuable lesson during this whole experience about sharing servers, and has vowed to never go down the "sharing servers" road again. ***Note: Since moving servers Epromo has not experienced any down-time!

Epromo has been working hard over the last few months to totally re-structure the method in which our E-Store software deals with pricing and attributes for products. This enhancement was badly needed to more fully accommodate multiple types of companies and products, and as of this day, we have finally completed this massive project!
